Job Description

Shaft Workers are a critical element in all phases of shaft development and provide the labor necessary to support the Shaft Superintendent and other crew members in the completion of the shaft project.

The role will perform shaft construction duties including drilling, blasting, excavating rock, pouring concrete, spraying shotcrete, building structures, and other miscellaneous construction tasks.

No experience is required for this position and we will provide the necessary on-the-job and classroom training.

Job Requirements

• Standard Requirements for Position
• • Ability to perform required physical labor
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passing criminal background check (for ATF clearance)
  • Passing drug test
    

• Preferred Requirements for Position
• • Experience working in a construction or mining capacity
  • 32 or 40 hour MSHA Underground New Miner Training completion
